When it comes to vacation properties, Casa Margaritaville will exceed greatest your expectations. The center piece of our beautiful outdoor living area is a large swimming pool, jacuzzi spa with a cascading waterfall, a fabulous Tiki Bar and outdoor kitchen. Unlike most oceanfront rentals, Casa Margaritaville is a spacious beachfront property, secluded by huge palms, tropical bamboos and gardens.
From the beachfront and pool area, you step indoors through eight foot sliding glass doors and are greeted by a twenty-four foot high palapa ceilings and dozens of Parrots, Tuscans, topical flowers and palms in a hand painted, four wall, floor to ceiling jungle mural, and something you won't see in other oceanfront rentals, a beautiful dining room table for eight, hand carved by artisans in Guadalajara, featuring brightly colored tropical birds and tropical flowers in three dimension, beneath a tempered glass table top.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire ground floor of our otherwise unoccupied beachfront home. Behind the breakfast bar is a large kitchen with wall to ceiling custom cabinets, a Viking gas range, automatic dish washer, reverse osmosis drinking water system & and double wide refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The drawers and cabinets are filled with cookware, silverware, dishes and everything you need to make your vacation kitchen complete.
The indoor and outdoor living area is contained within a very large tropical garden yard, which is secured from the street and arranged around a large swimming pool. There is a large lighted parking area and one parking space within the secured yard for a vehicle, small boat or ATV trailer.
Master & Guest Rooms: WithIn the Palapa Grandé (the main house) we have two well appointed King bedrooms. The master bedroom opens to the garden yard and a nice view of the Bahia. The guest room is convertible to two twin beds. A bathroom with shower is provided for each bed room.
Bedroom Casitas: There are also two nicely decorated Casitas: one a queen bedroom and the other can be a King or twins. Each Casita has a nice bathroom and shower. Surrounding the large swimming pool and jacuzzi is a spacious tiled outdoor entertainment space including dining and kitchen area with built in charcoal BBQ and great covered Tiki Bar surrounded by bamboo and palms. There is also a large ocean side patio with a round Palapa with seating and a private dock on the Bahia.
Where the Serra Madre Mountains meet the Sea of Cortez you will find the quaint Mexican seacoast town of San Carlos. We are an easy 4 hour drive south of the Arizona border. , or just under five ours south of Tucson. San Carlos offers countless days of sunshine and numerous activities both on shore and in the water. Awaiting you are miles of soft sand beaches, two world class marinas, three professional Dive Shops, numerous Boat Charters including spectacular Sport Fishing. Whether you’re looking for a lazy day on a secluded beach or you enjoy fishing, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking or sailboarding - we have it all ! San Carlos is renown for seafood, "Fresh from the Sea of Cortez !" San Carlos Sonora has dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Great Location: Minutes away from two world-class boat harbors, beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping. Guests are able to use and enjoy our entire spacious property, except for the unoccupied and secured Owners Suite on the second floor. This is where we keep our clothes and personal things.
