At Casa Margaritaville, we provide an exceptional vacation experience that generally exceeds our guests' expectations. The center piece of our beautiful outdoor living area is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa with a cascading waterfall where friends and family can gather at the Tiki Bar or around the outdoor kitchen. The botanical yard features many varieties of bamboo, palm, citrus and tropical flowers. .Casa Margaritaville has an enclosed spacious and private yard and ample parking. Our incredible property is meticulously maintained to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
From the pool area, step indoors through either of two eight foot sliding glass doors and you are greeted by a twenty-four foot high palapa ceiling and dozens of Parrots, Tuscans, topical flowers and palms all on a continuous jungle mural , hand painted by local artist, Oscar Zepeta, with even more tropical birds hanging from wood rafters or projecting from the walls. If you are a true Parrothead, you will surely be impressed! Beneath a nautical chandelier, a suspended from rustic blocks and tackle, is a dining table for eight with tall back chairs, all hand carved in Margaritaville monique, by artisans in Guadalajara, featuring brightly colored tropical birds and tropical flowers in three dimension, beneath a tempered glass table top.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire ground floor of our otherwise unoccupied waterfront home. Behind the breakfast bar is a large kitchen with wall to ceiling custom cabinets, a Viking gas range, automatic dish washer, reverse osmosis drinking water system & and double wide refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The drawers and cabinets are filled with cookware, silverware, dishes and everything you need to make your vacation kitchen complete.
The indoor and outdoor living area is contained within a very large tropical garden yard, which is secured from the street and arranged around a large swimming pool. There is a large lighted parking area and one parking space within the secured yard for a vehicle, small boat or ATV trailer.
Master & Guest Rooms: WithIn the Palapa Grandé (the main house) we have two well appointed King bedrooms. The master bedroom opens to the garden yard and a nice view of the Bahia. The guest room is convertible to two twin beds. A bathroom with shower is provided for each bed room.
Bedroom Casitas: There are also two nicely decorated Casitas: one a queen bedroom and the other can be a King or twins. Each Casita has a nice bathroom and shower. Surrounding the large swimming pool and jacuzzi is a spacious tiled outdoor entertainment space including dining and kitchen area with built in charcoal BBQ and great covered Tiki Bar surrounded by bamboo and palms. There is also a large ocean side patio with a round Palapa with seating and a private dock on the Bahia.

Great Location: Minutes away from two world-class boat harbors, beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping. Guests are able to use and enjoy our entire spacious property, except for the unoccupied and secured Owners Suite on the second floor. This is where we keep our clothes and personal things.
